we luv nona and papa's new condo on the big island! papa j and mimi plus jj joined us and we soaked up the sun, hit the luau and swam in the pool. nona and papa arrived later and kept us well fed.

xmas morning

xmas morning was so much fun and full of pokemon, star wars and power rangers. the boys wore matching pjs!

xmas eve during the arctic blast 2008!

the arctic blast of 2008 changed our xmas eve plans from salem to portland ... everyone rallied and we had a super fun celebration!

holy snow!

it has been snowing in portland for days! school was cancelled all week long and the boys have been loving the mix of snow, cartoons and hot cocoa. the big storm is on the way and we are hoping we can make it down to nona and papa's on the 24th for our christmas eve celebration with the entire west coast family.

mak wanted a buzz cut, so we went to bishops and cut it all off! he misses his long hair but digs his new do.

happy halloween 2008!

we love candy! we had the best week and the boys love celebrating halloween. we hit lots of parties and have tons of candy. mak was a ninja, ryder was spiderman and sammy was a dalmation (which without the hat was easily confused for a cow). we went trick or treating at denise's house with aidan and liam. the boys have declared this a very delicious holiday.
